My name is Cheryl and I'm the breeder behind Caldron Falls Doodles and Poodles located in Athelstane, WI. I've been breeding for 30+ years and always had a love for all animals since I can remember. Growing up around many animals including puppies of course, inspired me as to where I am today.
After starting out with our family pet in my 20's (Many moons ago), was Ginger our Labrador Retriever. Eventually,I moved on to Teddy Bears and German shorthairs. After that I retired my dogs to live out there life. All lived (total 6 ) between 16 and 17.5 years.
In 2018, I purchased my 1st Standard Poodle (Mazzie). I've always thought they were such beautiful looking dogs. I loved the fact that theirs no shedding, obedient, easy to train & unbelievably smart. My other half lost his Labrador of 16 years and decided after a couple of years of Mo's passing to purchase another. Mojo 2 . Labrador retrievers are excellent dogs in every way, just not a fan of shedding. And that's where the labradoodles came into play. I only planned on breeding 1 litter but when the litter came I realized how much I missed breeding and puppies ( oh those puppies) and decided to get back into it. Combining the traits of a Labrador with the Poodle make the most amazing puppies and that's when I fell in love with the labradoodle and decided to move forward breeding doodles.
I take great pride in my adult dogs making sure they are all tested & healthy so as to produce the best quality pups. I do not kennel my dogs, instead I have a large 14x16 block dog house equipped with heat, air and big futon. There's an area for whelping 2 litters and over 10,000+ sq ft of run space where they can go out as they please. My belief is they should be able play and run and just be dogs. They are all exercised daily and have a great spoiled life.
I take great pride in raising healthy, socialized confident puppies. They are raised with the utmost care .
I personally oversee their vaccinations, vet care & upbringing before they placed in their forever home.
But it all starts with healthy moms & dads. 1st & foremost my females are bred 3-4 times & then retired.

Deke’s owner has owned 3 generations of Golden Retrievers. 1st their was Behr that lived to the ripe old age of 15 with no health issues. He was Deke's father.

Since I am a small program, each and every one of the litters receives my full attention and care. I am there for my puppies from the time they take their first breath, to the day they leave. I choose families that are looking for a life long family member and have the time for a dog. I've been breeding 30+ years & it's my passion. As for my adult dogs I try to give them a normal life as I can. They love car rides, swimming, chucking many balls in a day and running freely on the enclosed property. I don't have kennels, I have a 14x16 dog house that's heated in the winter and air conditioned in the summer. Complete with a birthing area and futon for their sleeping pleasure. I generally keep 3 in the dog house and the other 3 in the house at night along with my 2 little dogs, That way everyone gets switched out dailyl Exercising and time spent with them is a huge thing in keeping all happy. My dogs mean everything to me as they are family and priority. All are spoiled rotten as well as the puppies while they are here.(sorry can't help myself) When I have a litter here I spend alot of my time socializing along with everything else that goes with raising a healthy, well socialized confident puppy. Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) is a process I start doing that introduces mild stresses to very young puppies in a controlled way. These stresses help stimulate the neurological system which improves the growth and development of the pup's immune system, cardiovascular system, and stress tolerance.

It takes a great deal of time and money to keep everybody fed, veted, healthy and happy. This includes my breeding females which need to be kept healthy year round, testing as to make sure

Sometimes people look at only the price, but everything starts with moms and dads and don't realize the expense. All pups are raised in my home. I do early neuro stimulation (ENS) in the 1st and 2nd week as this helps to produce a wonderful puppy. To learn more about ENS google and it will tell you how it works. They receive there 1st shots and if needed 2 to keep them utd, dew claws removed, dewormed 2,4,6,8 etc.. weeks, vet ck'd at 7 wks, treated for heartworm & fleas & ticks while they are here with me, 1 year hip & health guarantee & blanket with moms & litter scent, puppy packet with sample dog food, 1 month of Trupanion insurance. Buyer has 7 days to take there puppy to a vet of there choice. If puppy is found to have a life threatening problem, customer has the option for a refund or another puppy in exchange. All is explained in my contract. Puppies are started on Nu Vet prebiotics at 3 weeks.

If you’re nearby, you can visit in person to pick up your pup. If you’re far away, you can travel by car or plane.
Get your puppy dropped off to you
Work with a trusted flight nanny or transporter to get your puppy comfortably dropped off at an airport or meeting point close to home.
