Who is responsible for the dog's care?
These type of dogs need to be exercised to avoid having anxiety issues & bad behavior. Do you
have the time to meet the demanding needs of the puppy/dog for feeding, training and
exercise?
Are there any children? If so, how old are they?
Does anyone in the household have allergies? If yes explain.
Is there any other animals in the house ? What kind? How many? Ages?
Are you committed to the grooming and health maintenance? These dogs do need grooming
which can range from $75 on up plus tipping.
How often do you estimate dog will be left alone and length of time? Explain
Are you aware of the costs involved in veterinary care, Unexpected health issues that may
come up which can be costly, quality dog food, boarding the dog when away, annual license
fees, etc.?
Do you rent or own your home?
Are you aware these dogs live 10-15 years and are you able to provide a LIFE LONG home?
My goal is to keep these dogs with the same family their entire life.
In the case, you are ever unable to care for the dog at any time do you have a designated
person that you can provide a copy of the contract too if need be?
