*Started on crate and potty training. Puppies start out with using a doggy door. By 6 weeks these puppies are going potty outside.
Prior to picking up your puppy a vet appointment must be made and relayed to me and where. (This is due to people missing the guarantee date). You have 5 days from date of pickup for the guaranteed to be valid.
The puppy was previously examined by a licensed veterinarian and was found to be in good health at that time and has had the immunizations enumerated in the health records provided to Buyer. Buyer, at their own expense, must have the puppy examined following up with a vet) This is to protect you and me.
If a licensed veterinarian finds the puppy to be unhealthy or unfit for sale, the puppy may be returned to Breeder for a full refund of the Purchase Price minus the 250 deposit or exchange for a different pup if one is available or from the next upcoming litters. The veterinarian must provide a written statement deeming the puppy“unfit for purchase”, which must be sent to Breeder within 24 hours of the veterinary examination. The foregoing guarantee expressly excludes, any health issues caused by Buyer’s ill-treatment, abuse or neglect, any health issues that result from the puppy's transportation from Breeder to Buyer and all minor illnesses and health issues, including upper respiratory infections, allergic reactions,seizures colitis/diarrhea, internal or external parasites or contagious viruses (including canine parvovirus), UTIs, vaginitis, umbilical hernias undecended testicals, malformations, hips & patellas. At no time will the breeder be responsible for any vet bills incurred.
*The puppy is being sold as a companion ONLY and will never be used for breeding. Your puppy is guaranteed for 5 days against anything life threatening only.
Failure to follow through with the spay / neuter contract as outlined,
*Females must be spayed within 12 months,Males neutered within 15 months with proof sent back to the seller. If this is not followed, the dog will be returned back to the seller. If the dog is bred intentionally or by accident a $15,000 penalty may be enforced along with forfeiture of any puppies/mom. No money will be returned.
Large dogs are prone to orthopedic injury/diseases and it is recommended waiting to neuter close to 18 months of age.
Females it is recommended waiting until the dog has gone through 1 to 2 heats. The longer the better.
Studies have shown that large dogs spayed/ neutered before 6 months of age experience some higher risk of orthopedic problems and certain cancers.
***Rehoming Policy***
Caldron Falls Doodles and Poodles has a rehoming policy that covers the lifetime of the dog.
*Buyer agrees to contact the seller if unable to keep the dog at any time before attempting to rehome. Reason being to avoid reselling the pup to make a profit. Both parties must come to the same conclusion on rehoming, or allow the seller to rehome the dog. Should it become necessary at any point during the dog's life. Seller will be contacted if the buyer can no longer care for the dog and returned at no expense.
*Under no circumstances is the dog to be placed in a shelter, rescue or research situation. I will always take dogs back if circumstances should arise.
If the dog is found to be in an abusive or neglected circumstance the buyer will relinquish ownership and the seller will obtain the dog at no charge. Return of the dog will be at the buyer's expense unless other arrangements are made.
If this is not followed, a penalty up to $15,000 may be assessed.
*The buyer agrees that the puppy/dog will be kept as an indoor pet and not left outdoors 24/7. Any part of my rehoming policy that is not followed will be assessed the above penalties and removed from the home and returned back to the seller.
All Court proceedings will be held in Marinette county if it becomes necessary.

Again this is free one month of insurance so when you take that puppy in for its check you will be covered in case anything serious is going on. It cancels out after 1 month unless you decide to take the insurance out automatically. You will not be charged for insurance after that one month is up. No payment information should be given(your cc info)at the time of signing up. I know they have been asking people for credit cards. But you do not have to give that to them Unless you plan on taking it out longer. If you run into a problem with them wanting your card number contact me. This is supposed to be a no pressure deal but I would advise taking it out for 1-2 years as that's when accidents tend to happen with puppies. And you can certainly look around for different insurance
but I would advise something.
